Thomas P. Kane (1942 – 2025) was a respected attorney and cherished member of the Glastonbury community whose career spanned more than four decades. A graduate of St. Michael’s College (1964) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (1967), Tom devoted his professional life to serving clients with integrity, insight, and compassion, practicing law in Glastonbury for nearly fifty years before retiring in 2017.  Beyond his legal work, Tom was deeply engaged in community life—serving as president of the Glastonbury Jaycees in the early 1970s, as a long-time member and past president of the Glastonbury Rotary Club, and coaching local youth in soccer and baseball.

Tom passed away peacefully at home on August 12, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving behind a legacy of professional excellence, civic involvement, and warm personal connections. Friends, clients, and community members remember Tom not only as a skilled attorney but as a kind and generous neighbor whose contributions to Glastonbury extended far beyond the practice of law
